YBF Ventures launches podcast — People Building Businesses
Melbourne’s flagship startup hub for tech and innovation has launched its own podcast: People Building Businesses.
A dual-platform podcast (both audio and visual), People Building Businesses focuses on how companies grow. It joins YBF Ventures’ content stable which includes a traditional social media spread, three direct-mail news products, a digital news platform and a dedicated YouTube channel.
People Building Businesses deep dives into the creation of a business from the first days, weeks, and months, to figuring out the market, recruiting the right people, refining strategy, securing investment, scaling and beyond.
People Building Businesses finds out exactly how it’s done from the people who are doing it.

New episodes fortnightly
Produced by YBF Ventures’ Content Creator, Joe Harrington, and hosted by YBF Ventures’ Chief of Staff, Jason Lim, a new episode will be released fortnightly on all podcast platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts) as well as a video version on YouTube.
YBF Ventures is working with Omny Studio, an enterprise podcasting startup based out of YBF’s headquarters in Melbourne’s CBD. Omny Studio has quickly risen through the ranks and works with some of the biggest companies in the world including Mashable, Amazon, Fairfax Media, Macquarie Media, Monocle and Mediacorp.
